Warranty Information Tips

  • Register your products to extend warranty to 24 months.

    1. Free Warranty Extension: In addition to our regular 12-month warranty, Amazon buyers can extend the warranty on their HOMEVIZ products to 24 months.

    2. Submit your Amazon order ID to get warranty extended. You can view warranty status of all your products.

    3. If you bought your product from the HOMEVIZ website, you are already granted a 24-month warranty; no extension is needed.

    4. For an order with mutiple products, you will need to register the warranty one time only.

    Note: Warranty extension is not valid for used goods
  • What does the warranty cover?

    During the warranty period, if the original manufacture of the material or workmanship of the product is deemed to be defective, HOMEVIZ will replace the product at no charge with the same or comparable product. Products and parts replaced under this warranty become the property of HOMEVIZ and are not returned to you. If products and/or parts require service after the warranty period expires, you must pay all labor and parts charges. Warranty coverage terminates if you sell or otherwise transfer the product.

  • What does the warranty not cover?

    · Products without sufficient proof of purchase

    · Lost or stolen products

    · Items that have expired their warranty period

    · Non quality-related issues (after 30 days of purchase)

    · Repairs through 3rd parties

    · Damage from outside sources

    · Damage from misuse of products (including, but not limited to: falls, extreme temperatures, water, operating devices improperly)

    · Purchases from unauthorized resellers

    * HOMEVIZ’s limited warranty is restricted to the country of purchase. The limited warranty is void on items taken outside the country they were originally bought in or shipped to directly from an authorized online purchase.
  • 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee for Any Reason

    · Returns must include all accessories

    · Items must include original packaging

    · For non-quality related warranty claims, buyer is responsible for shipping costs

    · For non-quality related warranty claims, HOMEVIZ refunds the cost of the product itself

    · Returns may be rejected if items do not meet the above requirements

    Refund requests for the 30-day money back guarantee expire 30 days after opening a warranty claim. It is not possible to process a request for a refund for non-quality issues for items that have expired this 30-day window. For purchases not made directly through HOMEVIZ’s online stores, please contact retailers for refunds.
